Exclusions (Additional Costs POA)

In rare cases, further work, consultation or specialist advice may be required. This service does not include the following:

• State Road Crossover Permit Applications
  This package covers council local government consultation only, if they refer us onto the Department of Transport we will have to quote on a case by case basis.

• Planning Permits
  Some areas or overlays may require a planning permit. We can arrange these, but costs vary significantly.
  Note: After a planning permit is approved, you will still need a separate crossover permit.

• Specialist Consultants
  Civil engineering, environmental, arborists, or other specialist consultants a rarely needed but if the case arises these specialist consultants fees will be extra.

• Utility Authority Consultation
  Water, power, or telecommunications authority approvals.

• Neighbour / Community Group Consultation
  Where additional sign-off is legally required.
