After applying for hundreds of crossover permits for our customers we are now opening the service to everybody. Whether you intend to do the work yourself, contract us or even someone else; we are still happy to apply on your behalf.

For a small fee we complete the tricky task for you. We streamline the process of consulting your council, completing the required drafting and documentation to form the application pack. Application lodgement and fees all included.

Timing
Our current turnaround time is approximately 7days* from start to finish.
( varies with council permits processing time )

Drafting
Layout plan to councils satisfaction

Permits
Council Consultation, Permit Preparation and Application Fees.

Insurance
20 Million Public Liability Insurance as required by Council Authority's.
*Note: if you decided not to use us to construct your crossover we ask before you commence you ring council and change out the insurance details for your own or your chosen contractors.

EXCLUSIONS
In rare cases further work, consultation and specialist advisors are required. This service doesn't include the following

• State Road Crossovers Permit Applications
  (this service is for a council managed road connections only)

• Planning Permits
  Crossovers in certain areas and overlays may require a planning permit. We can arrange these but it comes at a significantly higher cost depending on the application. After the planning permit is approved you will still need a crossover permit in addition to the planning permit so no harm done if you have purchase this product.

• Specialist consultants:
  Civil Engineering/ Environmental Engineering/ Arborists or other specialist consultants: are required

• Water/Power authority consultation

• Neighbours / community groups consultation requirements
