1. Rural Crossover Permit Service

  • Cancellation
    You may cancel your service up to 5 business days before your application is submitted to the authority. Cancellations within this window receive a full refund of any fees paid.

  • After Submission
    Once your application has been submitted, we cannot provide a refund, as the process is underway with the permitting authority.


2. Rural Crossover Application Support

  • Pre‑submission Cancellation
    Cancel before we submit your application and receive a full refund.

  • Post-submission
    If the application is already lodged, no refund is available—but we’ll continue to support you through to resolution at no additional charge.


General Terms

  • Refund Processing
    Refunds are issued via your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

  • Exceptional Circumstances
    If external factors—such as council delays or authority requests—impact your service, please contact us. We’ll review your case and may offer partial refunds or credits at our discretion.
