You may cancel your service up to 5 business days before your application is submitted to the authority. Cancellations within this window receive a full refund of any fees paid. -
After Submission
Once your application has been submitted, we cannot provide a refund, as the process is underway with the permitting authority.
2. Rural Crossover Application Support

Pre‑submission Cancellation
Cancel before we submit your application and receive a full refund. -
Post-submission
If the application is already lodged, no refund is available—but we’ll continue to support you through to resolution at no additional charge.
