Terms of Service – Rural Crossovers

1. Services Provided
Rural Crossovers supplies council-compliant vehicle crossover and related access solutions, including permit application assistance, construction, and optional upgrades.

2. Quotes & Pricing
All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Prices may change if council requirements, site conditions, or project scope change.

3. Council Approvals
We will prepare and submit applications to the relevant council where included in your service package. Final approval is at the council’s discretion.

4. Payment Terms
A deposit is required before works commence, with the balance due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Site Access & Safety
Clients must ensure safe, unobstructed access to the site. Delays or additional costs caused by restricted access may be charged to the client.

6. Variations
Any variations to the agreed scope will be discussed and approved in writing before proceeding.

7. Liability
We are not liable for delays or costs arising from factors outside our control, including weather, council processing times, or third-party actions.

8. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
